
Head of Swedish Sales and Business Development

Rajobit is seeking an experienced Head of Swedish Sales and Business Development to join our Commercial team. This role involves leading the sales effort in Sweden, leveraging existing networks to open doors and drive business. The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS sales, specifically selling software solutions to the accounting or financial admin (CFO's finance directors, financial administrators).
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing the sales pipeline independently, utilizing our CRM system extensively (Hubspot). They will also collaborate with our product team in brainstorming new product concepts and have the opportunity to develop their skills further with Rajobit. The role offers a unique blend of autonomy and collaboration, with a focus on driving business growth in the Swedish market.
The key qualifications for this role include several years of experience in SaaS sales, strong stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure, process-oriented approach to sales, and ability to manage and grow the sales pipeline independently. Fluency in Swedish and English is essential, and proficiency in other languages, particularly Nordic languages, is a plus. Additionally, the ability to travel regularly to Sweden is crucial for this role.
