We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Product Design sales team in the Capital Region. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, building customer relationships, and contributing to our mission of creating a more humane and sustainable future.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns to meet sales targets.
  • Tender Management: Lead tenders according to our established sales process, leveraging sales support to maximize efficiency and impact.
  • Customer Engagement: Nurture and grow existing customer relationships, as well as identify and acquire new customers.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Product Expertise: A deep understanding of the product development process, including R&D projects, mechanical design, industrial design, technical analysis, and documentation.
  • Sales Background: Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of success.
  • Education: An MSc/BSc/MBA/BBA degree is an asset.
  • Attitude: A 'can-do' attitude, with no room for 'no' as an option.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both Finnish and English.
