Job Title: Global Account Director, Facilities and Property Management

Location: Espoo or London

Reports to: VP, Business Development - Commercial & Operations

Strategic Vision: As Global Account Director, Facilities and Property Management, you will lead the strategic management and development of KONE's most important Enterprise Accounts within the Facilities and Property Management sector. You'll foster deep, long-term relationships with global industry leaders and drive KONE's commitment to technological innovation and collaboration. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategic account plans, exploring innovative business models, and significantly increasing KONE's market share with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage KONE's Strategic Enterprise Accounts, serving as the key contact for our largest clients in the Facilities and Property Management sector.
  2. Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers at customer organizations, establishing KONE as the trusted advisor and go-to partner.
  3. Drive technological collaboration with clients, exploring new business models and increasing revenue through joint development projects.
  4. Develop and implement global account plans, ensuring alignment with KONE's strategic goals and customer objectives.
  5. Increase sales, profitability, and market share by promoting KONE's full suite of solutions, tailored to client needs.
  6. Track operational KPIs to ensure KONE's performance meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  7. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, from key account management (KAM) teams to frontlines, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  8. Represent KONE at key industry events, expanding our network and identifying new business opportunities.
What We Are Looking For:

  1. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 15 years' experience in sales or strategic/key account management, with significant exposure to the Facilities and Property Management industry.
  3. Exceptional relationship management skills with a proven ability to develop long-term, strategic partnerships at the senior level.
  4. Strong business acumen with the ability to set goals, influence stakeholders, and deliver results in a matrix environment.
  5. A track record of successfully leading complex, large-scale projects and initiatives from start to finish.
  6. Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
  7. Ability to work across multiple regions and cultures, traveling up to 50% of the time.
