Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Developer to join our team at Placecom. As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for developing mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and strategic or nationally/locally important customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage strategic and/or Core 1 customers assigned to you, ensuring accuracy of customer data and hierarchies.
  • Develop and coordinate relationships on multiple levels between customers' organization and KONE as well as other stakeholders.
  • Evaluate commercial or operational risks or customer complaints related to the account and raise them with the Management team.
  • Create value propositions with clearly described benefits of KONE solutions for customers' needs.
Requirements:
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to drive commitment among sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with KONE's products and services.
