We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Finland and Baltics. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base within the designated territory.
Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and other means. You will also be responsible for developing and executing business plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background with hands-on experience working with industrial equipment, preferably in the marine sector. Proven sales engineering experience (1-3 years) or similar commercial experience is essential. You should also possess excellent interpersonal skills, be commercially savvy, and able to forge strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and other means.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Negotiate and close service and new product opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience working with industrial equipment, preferably in the marine sector.
- Proven sales engineering experience (1-3 years) or similar commercial experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Commercially savvy and able to negotiate complex sales agreements.
