About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a challenging role as an Account Manager for Healthcare Professionals at the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders, leveraging your expertise in medical account development and strategic partnerships to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage Your Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of medical development, account management, and strategic partnerships to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, medical, and partnership & access, to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and execute customer engagement strategies, utilizing digital and omnichannel approaches to drive better outcomes for patients and our brands.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize market insights and CRM data to inform decision making and ensure sustained success.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Natural Science and/or Business/Economics.
  • Min. 2 years of experience as an MSL or KAM from the healthcare industry.
  • Good understanding of the Finnish healthcare system.
  • Proficient in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Scientific knowledge.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid track record in driving sales growth and exceeding targets through innovative customer-centric activities.
