
Regional Enterprise Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to lead our customer success efforts in the Asia Pacific region. This role offers a chance to drive business growth and customer satisfaction through strategic planning and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead regional customer success initiatives and develop strategic plans to ensure seamless experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points.
- Manage customer relationships and communicate effectively to drive business growth and retention.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities and renewal risks in coordination with Sales.
- Contribute to the development of internal processes and procedures to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IT and customer-facing operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders at various levels.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and customer success strategies.
