About the role

You will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities and managing existing customer relationships as a Sales Development Specialist. This involves visiting customers, delivering product presentations, and creating demand for new products. Additionally, you will conduct competitor analyses and assist customers with product selection.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Management:

  • Develop new sales opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Visit new and existing customers, providing introductory presentations.
  • Create demand for new products among customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with various key contacts.

Product Management & Logistics:

  • Ensure new products are available to customers.
  • Keep product samples up to date and conduct tests for customers.
  • Conduct competitor analysis (new products, marketing tools, pricing strategies, etc.).

Marketing & Training:

  • Promote and present products to customers and at events.
  • Provide training to new sales representatives at customer locations.

Administration & Follow-up:

  • Maintain telephone contact with customers and schedule follow-ups.
  • Prepare and track quotations for new products and marketing tools.
