This role involves developing new sales opportunities and managing existing customer relationships. As a Sales & Customer Management: Professional you will be responsible for visiting customers, delivering product presentations, and creating demand for new products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new sales opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Visit new and existing customers, providing introductory presentations.
- Create demand for new products among customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with various key contacts.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ensure new products are available to customers.
- Keep product samples up to date and conduct tests for customers.
- Conduct competitor analysis (new products, marketing tools, pricing strategies, etc.).
Requirements:
- Experience in sales and customer management, preferably in a technical or product-related sector.
- Strong communication and commercial skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Good administrative skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Finland and occasionally to other regions.
