About the Position

In this crucial role, you will coach and motivate solution providers to get the most out of our invitation-only events, ensuring they generate valuable leads and connections. This is a sales-driven position that requires you to act as an extension of our sales team, fostering long-term customer relationships and driving repeat business.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  2. Deliver exceptional customer service, proactively addressing inquiries and resolving challenges to ensure a positive customer experience.
  3. Equip solution providers with the necessary knowledge and tools to optimize their participation in our invitation-only events, maximizing lead generation and relationship building opportunities.
  4. Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify up-selling, cross-selling, and portfolio sales opportunities, contributing to increased customer lifetime value.
