We are now looking for a talented Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with store teams. You will also be expected to educate and inspire store staff through training sessions and develop customized training programs for stores in your region.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, retail, and strategic store collaborations
  • A natural relationship builder who motivates and inspires store teams
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and results-oriented
  • At least 3 years of experience in the beauty industry, preferably as a makeup artist or similar
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
