
Retail Expansion Manager

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Finland. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing brand in the Nordic beauty market.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with store teams. You will also be expected to educate and inspire store staff through training sessions and develop customized training programs for stores in your region.
Responsibilities:
- Exceed sales targets through active store presence and close collaboration with retail partners
- Build strong, long-term relationships with store managers, regional managers, and store staff
- Implement a TOP doors strategy to ensure key stores receive extra focus and support
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs, adjusting strategies to optimize profitability
About the Role:
This is a full-time position with a company car. You will be based in Helsinki and will be required to travel within your region. If you are a motivated and ambitious sales professional with a passion for the beauty industry, we would love to hear from you.
