Are you passionate about business development and eager to join a fast-growing international group? This is your chance
About the Role:
As a Business Developer at Volaris Group, you'll focus on acquiring vertical market software companies in the Nordic region, primarily Denmark and Finland. You'll manage a sales funnel, identify and qualify new targets, and nurture existing prospects toward M&A processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify acquisition prospects
- Grow our prospect database
- Initiate outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social media, meetings)
- Build relationships with CEOs and key stakeholders
- Maintain and develop prospect relations
- Track activities in Salesforce
Qualifications:
- Basic financial competence
- 3+ years in business development or enterprise sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English and Finnish
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus

You're self-motivated and energetic and thrive on challenges. You have a never-give-up attitude and enjoy building long-term relationships. Flexibility, independence, and a strong self-drive are essential.
