About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join our international sales team and drive business growth in the Nordics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new business in new markets and working closely with our back-office team to deliver winning investment concepts.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex B2B sales, preferably in the energy storage industry, and a deep understanding of financial and business acumen. You will also possess excellent communication skills in English and Swedish and be able to lead your own work and challenging client encounters.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business in new markets.
  • Work closely with the back-office team to deliver winning investment concepts.
  • Represent Merus Power at industry events and conferences.
  • Contribute to the growth story of a Finnish stock-listed tech company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, technical field, or related field.
  • Strong experience in complex B2B sales, preferably in the energy storage industry.
  • Deep understanding of financial and business acumen.
  • Courageous and seniority in client encounters.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Swedish.
  • Able to lead own work and challenging client encounters.
