Sales Structure

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer (B2B) in Finland. As a member of the Sales team, you will be responsible for expanding ArcaPay's client base.

You will play a crucial role in driving our B2B business growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, setting up meetings with potential clients, and assisting with on-boarding.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Finnish and working proficiency in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, high-energy attitude with a strong drive to succeed.
  • A university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Last-year students are welcome to apply.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the fintech industry.
  • Experience in a sales role is an advantage but not required.
  • Interest in and basic knowledge of finance and/or economics.
  • Comfort with digital tools and the ability to work in a remote setting.
