Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion within the Neurovascular division, focusing on the Finnish market.

About the Position:

  • This is a temporary role that requires strong sales and product knowledge skills.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with neurovascular products, ideally within the Finnish market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.

  2. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, hospitals, and medical facilities within the region.

  3. Provide expert product knowledge and training to physicians, lab, and medical staff.

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery and logistics.

  5. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and business meetings to expand customer base and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or life sciences.

  2. Minimum 8 years' experience in sales, preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.

  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in both Finnish and English.

  4. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory as required.
