
Global Sales Lead for Evaporation Plants

We are seeking a Global Sales Lead for Evaporation Plants to join our team. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for our evaporation plant business, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and requirements.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies for our evaporation plant business
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Preparing technical and commercial quotations for customers
- Leading or participating in technical and commercial negotiations with customers
- Contributing to the development of our evaporation plant sales strategy and team
To succeed in this role, you should have a Master's degree in a relevant area of technology, such as Chemical and Process Engineering or Energy Technology. You should also have previous experience working with evaporation or crystallization plants, or knowledge of thermo-dynamics and mass and heat balance calculations.
The ideal candidate will have a customer-oriented mindset, strong teamwork skills, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Finnish and Swedish is desirable. You should also be willing to travel both domestically and abroad.
