
Sales Strategist

Crayon is a leading global IT company serving clients across various industries. As our new Account Manager, you will play a key role in shaping strategic partnerships with public sector accounts. Your main responsibility will be to understand customer challenges and technological needs while staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
About the Role:
You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, driving sales growth by promoting Crayon's services across software licensing and cloud services. Key responsibilities include developing account plans, executing sales strategies aligned with business objectives, conducting regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to design and propose customized IT solutions.
Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with 2+ years of experience in IT sales, account management, or business development in the Finnish market. A proven track record in selling cloud solutions, IT consultancy, or professional services is essential. You should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, be skilled in managing multiple sales opportunities, and have the ability to prioritize tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.
