Job Description

As a key member of the FedEx Group team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expansion across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular communication and solution development
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure their understanding and utilization of FedEx services
  • Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving new business sales with some account retention and development experience
  • Strong negotiation skills and drive to deliver results
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain momentum in a competitive market
  • Proficiency in both Estonian and English is required
