
Business Development Manager

As a key member of the FedEx Group team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expansion across various regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular communication and solution development
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure their understanding and utilization of FedEx services
- Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements
Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving new business sales with some account retention and development experience
- Strong negotiation skills and drive to deliver results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain momentum in a competitive market
- Proficiency in both Estonian and English is required
