About the Position

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with 3-4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in business development, account management, or similar fields. The ideal candidate will have good communication and collaboration skills, a willingness to work within a team environment, and ability to build relationships with stakeholders and technology teams.

Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities, paying attention to detail, and creating clear and structured sales materials.
  2. Sales Strategy: You will develop and execute sales strategies, identify new opportunities, conduct lead generation, and research potential customers.
  3. Communication: You will communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, both written and verbally, in English and Finnish.
  4. Travel: You may need to travel occasionally for business development and client engagement.
