Job Description:
This key role focuses on developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth through exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver omnichannel solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Leverage data analytics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer journeys.
- Monitor performance metrics to optimize customer experience and business outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles or equivalent.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
