Hi there I'm Juha, and I lead our Customer Success team at MeetingPackage. I'm looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our lovely Customer Success team in Finland. We are a team of 8 people based in Europe looking for a Customer Support Representative to join us As a Customer Support Representative, you will have an essential role in ensuring customer satisfaction and service. You will be our customers' first point of contact, answering questions, providing ongoing support, and resolving any technical issues they will face.

In this role, you will
  • Provide exceptional customer support via live chat and ticketing systems, ensuring timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
  • Assist global customers in the Meetings & Events (M&E) industry by troubleshooting technical issues and guiding them step by step to resolve problems efficiently. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through empathetic, clear, and effective communication throughout the support process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product and Engineering, to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvements in the customer experience.
  • Support our customers during regular office hours (9 am – 5 pm, local time).
You'll feel at home if you
  • Have a couple of years of experience in customer support or similar customer-centric roles, ideally within the hotel and/or IT industry.
  • Have previous experience working in hotels, preferably with an understanding of Sales & Catering (S&C) and Property Management System (PMS) software.
  • Are detail-oriented and skilled in problem-solving, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Are tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting customer issues while using tools like HubSpot, Slack, Gmail, and other relevant software.

  • Have fluent written and spoken English. Additional languages such as French, German, or Swedish are a plus.
  • Are already based in Europe, ideally in Finland, with a valid European work permit.
