
Regional Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to lead our sales team in the region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and market penetration, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with customers, dealers, and partners to achieve sales targets.
- Key Accountabilities:
- Drive sales growth and market penetration within the assigned region.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at driving market share growth and meeting sales targets.
- Manage business growth in an omnichannel perspective with a B2B2C mindset.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, industry partners, and final users within the region.
- Bachelor's degree above in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the car industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Finnish market, including customer preferences, distribution channels, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen to develop effective sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and verbal. Additional language skills are a plus.
