OnePlus is looking for a Market Expansion Director to join our team in Helsinki, Finland.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our market presence, identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to negotiate deals and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in GTM or Sales area, with expertise in market expansion and business strategy.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in Chinese is a must.
