Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including architects, designers, public institutions, and investors.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and expansion.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform strategy and drive improvement.
About You:
  • 5+ years working experience in a comparable sales role within the building materials industry.
  • A proven track record of success in sales roles.
  • Expertise in building materials or related industries.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A very good command of Finnish and good English skills.
