Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including architects, designers, public institutions, and investors.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and expansion.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform strategy and drive improvement.
- 5+ years working experience in a comparable sales role within the building materials industry.
- A proven track record of success in sales roles.
- Expertise in building materials or related industries.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A very good command of Finnish and good English skills.
