
Sales and Expansion Specialist

We're looking for a Sales and Expansion Specialist to drive our expansion into new markets. As a key member of our Business Development team, you'll be responsible for building and managing a sustainable sales pipeline that aligns with our business and growth strategy.
You'll engage with the right decision-makers and drive meaningful conversations through solution demonstrations, strategic negotiations, and deal closures. We expect you to achieve approximately €750K in sales in your first year, with a target of €1M in the second year.
The ideal candidate will have a self-motivated, results-driven mindset, a proven track record of owning quarterly targets and exceeding sales quotas, strong teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset, persistence and resilience, excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written, fluency in English (additional languages are a plus), and strong analytical and quantitative skills to support data-driven decision-making.
