As a Field Account Manager - Healthcare, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional collaboration starting from launch phase. You will coordinate all customer-facing initiatives across various customer-facing roles in marketing, medical, partnership & access to ensure alignment on strategy and execution, as well as experience sharing, to maximize patient outcomes and drive business success.

This role requires a deep understanding of the changing dynamics of the pharmaceutical industry, broad market insights, and competitor knowledge. The ideal candidate should have a solid track record in driving sales growth and exceeding targets through innovative customer-centric activities.

We are looking for someone with a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Natural Science and/or Business/Economics, with a minimum 2 years of experience as an MSL or KAM from the healthcare industry. A good understanding of the Finnish healthcare system, proficiency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken, and scientific knowledge are also required.
