Main Objectives- To identify and qualify potential clients through market research and analysis.
- To develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and grow revenue.
- To build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
- To negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of the electronics industry and its key players, market trends, and technical aspects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English.
- Ability to build trust with clients and conduct persuasive sales conversations.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant technologies.
