
Electronics Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a motivated sales professional to take ownership of our sales and new customer acquisition processes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, relationship-building, and driving growth in a fast-paced environment within the electronics industry.
The primary focus is on new customer acquisition through cold calling, outbound sales actions, and identifying potential clients.
The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work from various locations, including Tampere and Tallinn, with occasional travel required to visit clients and company locations.
Main Responsibilities- Qualify and identify potential clients through research and market analysis.
- Make first contacts through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Arrange meetings with potential clients to discuss their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English.
- Ability to build trust with clients and conduct persuasive sales conversations.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the electronics industry and its key players, market trends, and technical aspects.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and persistence in overcoming challenges and handling rejection.
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain attention to detail.
- Technical proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant technologies.
