We're looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team in Helsinki. In this role, you will drive business growth through strategic partnerships, sales, and marketing initiatives.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing business development plans, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with our coaches and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies, aligning with our company's overall vision and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our coaches and partners, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and expertise to secure partnerships and collaborations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, focusing on revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the health and fitness industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions.
  • A strong network and ability to leverage it to drive business growth.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English, with excellent writing and presentation skills.
