In short

As our Product Marketing Manager, you will bridge marketing, sales, and product teams to define how we bring our solutions to the market. You will plan and create content for compelling messaging, launch strategies, and sales collaterals, ensuring VETROSPACE stands out in the competitive workspace industry. Your role will also involve close collaboration with our partner network and customers to drive demand and product adoption.

This role requires a regular presence in our Helsinki showroom, located in Jätkäsaari (at least 3 times per week) to collaborate with teams, engage with customers, and experience our products firsthand. Your key responsibilities
  • Market Research & Customer Insights: Conduct research on workplace trends, gather insights from architects and interior designers, facility managers, HR leaders, and end-users, and monitor competitors' offerings.
  • Product Positioning, Messaging & Market Intelligence: Develop messaging that communicates VETROSPACE's USP's while continuously tracking competitor product features, pricing, market trends and gathering sales feedback to analyze win/loss data.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Plan product launches, collaborate with sales and channel partners, and set success metrics for adoption and market penetration.
  • Sales Enablement & Training: Create sales collateral, train sales teams on messaging, and develop case studies showcasing product success.
  • Content & Demand Generation: Collaborate on content creation (blog posts, whitepapers, webinars), and optimize digital campaigns and website SEO.
  • Customer Advocacy & Retention: Develop customer testimonials, leverage referrals, and drive engagement for high adoption and satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between product, marketing, sales, and customers, aligning efforts on updates and campaigns.
  • Pricing Strategy: Assist in defining pricing models and support ROI analysis tools.
  • Event Coordination: Plan trade shows and key customer events, manage logistics, and follow up post-event to nurture leads.
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in relevant marketing functions, preferably in the interiors industry.
  • Proven experience driving revenue growth via product marketing activities.
  • Superior professional presence and business acumen.
  • Strong action and results orientation.
  • Basic understanding and experience in sales funnels, digital marketing and Hubspot.
  • Proficiency in creative skills and ability to create presentations, sales as well as marketing material.
  • Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, preferably in B2B segment in global market environment.
