Job Description:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supplying construction products to large-scale projects and B2B clients. Your role will include analyzing market needs, offering optimal solutions to clients, and ensuring smooth and timely order fulfillment through close collaboration with both clients and internal teams.

Product Range:

  • Interior doors.
  • Parquet varnishes and various interior and exterior paints.
  • Fireproof and smoke-resistant metal doors and sectional gates.
  • Aluminum doors, windows, and façade elements.
  • Kitchen, bathroom, and hallway furniture.
  • Glass products: shower partitions and mirrors.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs.
  • Offer tailored solutions to clients and ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless order processing.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the construction industry or related fields.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English; Swedish is an advantage.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
