
Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive customer success by enhancing value creation and collaboration in Hospital Patient Monitoring solutions. You will join the Service and Solution Delivery team for Hospital Patient Monitoring where a professional but fun workplace atmosphere is valued, and a diverse multi-functional team will greet you.
Your role:
- Directly contribute to advancing global healthcare outcomes and fostering sustainable growth.
- Work with a diverse, multi-functional team, including Account Managers, Product/Business Specialists, Clinical Applications Specialists, Project Managers, and Service Engineers.
- Gain valuable experience in customer relationship management, strategic planning, and stakeholder coordination within a leading healthcare technology company.

You're the right fit if you:
- Have experience in customer relationship management and/or management consulting with a strategic approach.
- Possess strong skills in managing stakeholder relationships and achieving results within complex organizations.
- Hold a master's degree in Engineering, Business, Health, or a related field.
- Fluent in Finnish and English and ideally have practical experience in a clinical setting.
How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
