We are now looking for a new Customer Activation Manager for our Flat roofing business in Finland

The Customer Activation Manager links sales, marketing, and category management, ensuring alignment in marketing initiatives and customer communication and activation. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to target groups, create engaging content, and support business growth through lead generation and storytelling. You will also manage local marketing activities, support loyalty programs, and ensure an up-to-date digital presence.

The role is reporting directly to the Commercial Director Flat of BMI in Finland. You will work out from our office in Vantaa.

Your Main Tasks Will Be

  1. Ensure smooth collaboration between sales, category teams and other internal and external stakeholders to develop, align and execute marketing efforts with business goals.
  2. Act as the local brand ambassador and engage to create enthusiasm around the brand.
  3. Craft compelling value propositions, develop communication plans, and create launch materials for new products.
  4. In cooperation with the loyalty programs manager develop a plan and drive communication and engagement efforts to promote and enhance customer loyalty programs.
  5. Driving customer journey from recruitment, through onboarding to continuous growth in an omnichannel sales- and marketing environment.
  6. Conceptualize, lead and implement the digital transformation and demand creation strategies.
  7. Utilize CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to optimize customer engagement.
  8. Support HR and other functions with employer branding and internal communications.

Here's What You Bring To The Table

Ideally you hold a university degree within Marketing, Communication or similar. Furthermore, you have a proven track record of minimum 3 years in a similar position within marketing, communication and/or brand activation etc being used to campaign planning and execution. Having experience from larger building and construction companies, installation, is highly beneficial.

Experience from any esthetical design work and/or PR-work is beneficial. If you are able to design & combine materials in Canvas, it is a strong advantage.

You are solution-oriented and your motivation comes from contributing and getting things done. You are resilient and comfortable operating in ambiguity since we are on a big transformation journey.
