Customer Success Manager

liittymään Exciberin tiimiin Tässä roolissa tuet asiakkaita liiketoiminnan kehittämisessä ja varmistat, että asiakkaat saavuttavat täyden potentiaalin yrityksemme tarjoamien palvelujen ja ratkaisujen avulla. Toimit asiakasvastaavana ja kehität pitkäaikaisia asiakassuhteita, keskittyen erityisesti liiketoiminnan kasvattamiseen ja strategisten tavoitteiden saavuttamiseen.

Mitkä ovat vastuusi?

  • Toimia asiakasvastaavana, vastaten asiakasyritysten liiketoiminnan kehittämisestä.
  • Rakentaa ja ylläpitää vahvoja asiakassuhteita, varmistaen korkean asiakastyytyväisyyden.
  • Tarjota konsultointipalveluita ja tukea asiakasyritysten strategisissa kehityshankkeissa.
  • Osallistua myyntiin ja liiketoiminnan kehittämiseen, tunnistaen uusia mahdollisuuksia asiakkuuksien laajentamiseksi.
  • Ratkaista asiakkaiden liiketoimintaan liittyviä ongelmia nopeasti ja tehokkaasti.

Mitä toivomme sinulta?

  • Kokemusta asiakaslähtöisestä työskentelystä ja asiakassuhteiden kehittämisestä.
  • Vahvaa ongelmanratkaisukykyä ja kykyä reagoida nopeasti muuttuviin tilanteisiin.
  • Myynti- ja liiketoiminnan kehityshenkisyyttä.
  • Erinomaisia ryhmän fasilitointi- ja konsultointitaitoja.
  • Sujuvaa suomen ja englannin kielen taitoa.
  • Kokemusta erikokoisten yritysten kanssa toimimisesta.
  • Kokemus ERP-järjestelmistä (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Netsuite, Visma jne) on eduksi, muttei välttämätön.
  • Yleistä IT-osaamista, joka tukee asiakkaiden liiketoiminnan kehittämistä ja digitalisointia.
