Your mission

As our new Customer Onboarding Manager, you'll play a critical role in delivering smooth and successful onboarding experiences to QOCO's aviation customers. You'll serve as the key link between our customers and our internal teams, ensuring our digital solutions are deployed seamlessly while maintaining our high standards of quality, security, and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you'll take on a variety of responsibilities: leading projects, building customer relationships, ensuring technical alignment, and improving processes while contributing to meaningful work that helps shape the future of aviation technology.

Your profile

You're someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates confidently with both technical and business teams, and enjoys building strong relationships while keeping complex projects on track. Here's what we're looking for:

  • Lead and manage customer projects from end to end, coordinating timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, building strong, trust-based relationships and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Oversee the setup of data exchange, system integration, and configuration to ensure seamless technical delivery.
  • Support the customer through testing, training, and go-live phases, ensuring confidence and success at every step.
  • Align internal stakeholders by working closely with Product, Platform, and Support teams, and bridging the gap between technical and business requirements.
  • Continuously improve onboarding processes, instructions, training materials, and project documentation to enhance efficiency and quality.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Proven experience in leading technical projects from end to end for customers.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Process improvement mindset, with skills in documentation and methodology refinement.
  • Experience in stakeholder-facing roles where relationship management was key.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude – anticipating and addressing potential blockers early.
Extra Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in the aviation or aerospace industry.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
  • Understanding of data integration concepts such as APIs, SFTP, and automated data flows.
  • Comfort working with structured data formats (CSV, XML, JSON).
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
  • Background in enterprise SaaS delivery or digital transformation projects.
