
E-commerce Sales Specialist

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in establishing Qliro's presence in Finland. You will work closely with our Country Manager and other Sales Executives to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Your primary responsibility is to initiate and drive complex sales processes with small- and medium-sized e-commerce companies in the Finnish market. This includes prospecting, collecting and analyzing intel, reaching out, and managing all sales phases from cold call lead to go-live.
You will also collaborate with colleagues across Qliro to ensure a seamless experience for merchants when they onboard to Qliro. This includes approval processes, internal alignment, and project management.
Additionally, you will represent Qliro at market events to create brand and solution awareness and position the company on the market.

We are looking for someone with the following background:
- A 'go-getter' mindset, positive attitude, and solution-oriented approach
- The ability to deliver over expectations, both inbound and outbound, and manage expectations in both directions
- Ambitious goals and a willingness to do what it takes to achieve them
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within e-commerce, payments, or a related field
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and handle pressure and tight deadlines
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both speech and writing
