
B2B Sales Executive

SimAnalytics is seeking a highly skilled B2B Sales Executive - Process Industry to join our Business Development team. This role involves building and managing a sustainable sales pipeline that aligns with our business and growth strategy.
You will play a crucial part in identifying and securing new business opportunities by leveraging a proactive and systematic approach to sales, a strong interest in and understanding of AI/ML technologies, the ability to navigate and analyze customers' operating environments, and a collaborative mindset, working closely with other teams to refine processes and enhance the customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in software or services sales, a proven track record of owning quarterly targets and exceeding sales quotas, strong teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset, persistence and resilience, excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written, fluency in English (additional languages are a plus), and strong analytical and quantitative skills to support data-driven decision-making.
