
Merchant Success and Business Development Expert

We're seeking a Merchant Success and Business Development Expert to join our Partner Success Team in Helsinki. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with integrated mid to enterprise-sized strategic merchants as their main business partner at Klarna.
Your responsibilities will include joint business planning, negotiation of upsell and renewal opportunities, optimizing merchants' businesses with Klarna, daily engagement and problem-solving with merchants, owning business success and reporting for portfolio merchants, and working end-to-end with strategic new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:- Work closely with merchant partners to develop business strategies
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchant stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive partnership optimization
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities
