Sales and Partnership Manager

Lenus is seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Executive to join our Helsinki Office team. As a key player in our business expansion strategy, you will drive sales and partnerships, leveraging your expertise to empower health and fitness coaches to grow their businesses.
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our coaches and their clients, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with our coaches and partners, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Analyze market trends and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our reach.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and expertise to secure partnerships and collaborations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, aligning with our company's overall vision and objectives.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A proven track record in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the health and fitness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions.
- A strong network and ability to leverage it to drive business growth.
- Fluency in Finnish and English, with excellent writing and presentation skills.
