
Business Development Manager

Cavotec Specimas Spa is seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer for Industrial Markets to join our team in Finland and Baltics. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base within the designated territory.
Your primary focus will be on generating new leads through cold calling, site visits, and industry-related events. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a deep understanding of Cavotec's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background with hands-on experience working with industrial equipment, preferably in the marine sector. Proven sales engineering experience (1-3 years) or similar commercial experience is essential. You should also possess excellent interpersonal skills, be commercially savvy, and able to forge strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business leads through cold calling, site visits, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Cavotec's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor solutions to meet those requirements.
- Negotiate and close service and new product opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience working with industrial equipment, preferably in the marine sector.
- Proven sales engineering experience (1-3 years) or similar commercial experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Commercially savvy and able to negotiate complex sales agreements.
