We are seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer to join our technical sales team, responsible for the technical selling and support of our Verification IP (VIP) portfolio across the EMEA region.

This role demands strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and business acumen. You will work closely with customers and businesses to tackle technical and business challenges using our innovative verification solutions.

As part of our technical sales team, you will contribute to the growth of our functional verification business in EMEA by ensuring the successful adoption and expansion of our products and services.

• Work collaboratively with sales and field technical team members to lead, define, and implement technical engagements that support sales campaigns.
• Provide technical leadership on all aspects of sales campaigns, contributing to pre-sales and post-sales account strategies as a member of the sales team.
• Qualify the technical viability of sales opportunities and communicate them to the sales team.
• Lead VIP portfolio presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions.
• Guide customers in integrating VIP in their testbench or provide support to do so themselves.
• Share valuable information with peers, sales teams, management, and product divisions to enhance competitiveness.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Ensure customers receive timely, effective support.
• Influence marketing and product groups to meet customers' needs and shape product direction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Practical experience and knowledge of one or more high-speed interface protocols such as PCIe, CXL, UCIe, NVMe, Ethernet, USB, DDRx, HBM, AMBA.
• Knowledge of controllers for one or more high-speed interface protocols.
• Expertise in coding with SystemVerilog, and UVM is mandatory.
• Experience with integrating commercial VIP in SV/UVM bench required.
• Experience with Linux and Windows environments including scripting languages.
• Strong leadership and initiative to manage pre-sales accounts.
• Excellent presentation skills and verbal/written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks.
