  7. Gather feedback from retail clients and provide recommendations for improvement

  10. Monitor and track progress of on-boarding initiatives and provide regular reports to management

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
  2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics industry
  3. Proven track record of successfully on-boarding and managing retail clients
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  5. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with logistics software and CRM systems
  7. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  9. Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
