Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Finland. As a Key Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with leading operators and retailers, providing tailored solutions that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive Growth: Develop and execute impactful B2B IoT and B2C retail strategies to maximize revenue in both sectors.
- Lead Sales Pipeline: Build and manage a dynamic sales pipeline, identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Client Engagement & Success: Regularly visit clients to present tailored IoT solutions and open market strategies, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
- Revenue Ownership: Take full responsibility for meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, conduct strategic reviews with clients, and proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Optimize Sales Processes: Continuously refine B2B and B2C sales processes for greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute account plans that ensure long-term success in the Finnish market.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in Finnish & English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or similar role - experience in telecom or consumer tech is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
