Serving modern data-driven marketing leaders, we have grown rapidly and have an ambitious plan to continue doing so. For this journey, we need a customer-oriented, performance marketing savvy, and data-driven person who delivers impact to our customers.
You'll join a team of seven customer success professionals who are in a key role when it comes to our customer happiness, and you'll work closely with many experts from various fields (for example Customer Data Scientists and Software Developers). Your primary focus is on our eCom clients, and you'll be working very closely with digital and performance marketing teams. You'll get the chance to work with well-known companies and make a real impact in their marketing by offering insights based on the data.
As a (Senior) Customer Success Manager, customer centricity is your focus. Your KPIs are ensuring excellent customer experience and delivering customer outcomes. You'll lead SaaS implementation projects between our product and customer systems as well as meet customers in regular meetings and monitor their key performance metrics. As marketing analytics professional, you'll be a bridge-builder between Sellforte's data scientists and developers and customers, who delivers successful onboardings and impact to customers.
You will:
- Lead Sellforte SaaS implementation projects (onboardings) by identifying relevant data sources, coordinating data connection and ensuring swift delivery of first results.
- Analyze the efficiency of marketing and promotional activities from Sellforte SaaS and make recommendations based on them in weekly and monthly meetings.
- Coordinate data updates by ensuring that all required data arrives for analysis as agreed from relevant stakeholders and newest results are delivered on time to the customer.
- Monitor customer's key performance metrics and make recommendations to customers.
- Work with your customers with an analytical mindset to understand and optimize marketing mix and promotions and identify areas of opportunity to increase sales and margin.
- Act as an analytics translator between customers and Sellforte data scientists and developers.
- Define and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs.
- Contribute to product development with your experience in marketing planning, execution and customer needs.
- Full professional proficiency in English and preferably also in Finnish.
- Experience in (digital) marketing planning (e.g. media-mix planning, campaign planning), marketing consulting, or marketing analytics.
- Hands-on skills with Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel and a good understanding of ad platform tools, like GA4 and Meta business manager.
- Strong business conceptualising skills: from needs to understandable solutions.
- Drive to solve customers' problems and present actionable results.
- Analytical mindset and hands-on experience in analytics.

- Salary & Bonus
- Junior/Medior level: 3,800–4,500€/month + 10% OTE bonus based on customer KPIs.
- Senior level: 4,500–6,000€/month + negotiated bonus program, tailored based on experience and performance targets.
