
B2B Sales Specialist

Location: Vantaa, Finland (headquarters) or Tallinn, Estonia (factory)
Hybrid work setup: up to 40% remote
We are growing rapidly and hitting new sales records, so we need to strengthen our sales team (again). This is an entry-level position, so no need to have extensive experience; more important is to have the desire and drive to start a career in international technical B2B sales and the ability to learn fast in a dynamic environment. Our customers are virtually 100% located outside of Finland and typically consist of big corporations, which comes with opportunities and challenges – different cultures and business practices keep things interesting
Our clients operate in offshore oil & gas and offshore wind, providing both traditional and new ways of generating energy for the world. All offshore activity presents a business opportunity for us.
To succeed and enjoy the role, you need to have experience or interest in fairly technical products. A good command of basic physics and mathematics is a plus to understand and articulate how our products safeguard offshore helidecks. Your focus will be primarily on basic sales cases at first to learn and demonstrate your abilities, and as all goes well, you will move towards more demanding and higher value opportunities. We value results and have a compensation model that rewards success. Good English, sensitivity to different cultures, and the ability to work within an international team are a must.
We are looking for someone fitting the following qualifications:
- B.Sc or higher in business or tech
- Preference for fast-paced, truly global setups with a good command of English and cultural awareness
- Willing to roll up the sleeves and just get it done (a.k.a the mindset a small, growing company needs)
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and articulate them and their benefits to the customer
- Passion to start and build a strong foundation via simpler customer cases to grow into managing the more demanding ones
