What is the job like, really?

We are looking for a strategically minded and results-driven Marketing Business Partner to support our growth and marketing development. This role blends marketing conception & planning and sales enablement with a strong understanding of customer needs and business drivers. You will work closely with our sales, business area leads, and communications. Our marketing approach is continuously evolving, and your role will be to drive it forward with a hands-on mindset.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Marketing & Content Strategy – Plan and execute marketing strategies to support business growth and brand positioning.
  2. Sales & Business Area Support – Provide marketing support for business areas, including content creation, lead generation, and sales enablement.
  3. ABM & Lead Generation – Develop and refine inbound marketing, demand generation, and ABM strategies.
  4. NPS Process Development – Manage or support the NPS process to track and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. AI-Powered Marketing Development – Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance marketing efficiency, personalization, and automation.
  6. Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with content marketing, communications, and marketing operations teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
What are we looking for?
  1. Marketing Strategy Expertise – Experience in developing and executing marketing and content strategies that align with business goals in B2B and professional services business. We expect experience in the IT market.
  2. Sales & Business Alignment – Ability to support business areas and sales teams with marketing initiatives, lead generation strategies, and ABM.
  3. AI & Marketing Efficiency – Experience leveraging AI to optimize marketing processes, content creation, and customer engagement.
  4. Analytical Thinking – Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and data to refine marketing approaches.
  5. Collaboration & Communication – Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  6. Goal-oriented & Proactive – Self-driven and structured approach to executing marketing initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable impact.
  7. Marketing Technology & Processes – Deep knowledge in marketing automation (HubSpot) and lead generation & NPS processes.
  8. Fluency in both Finnish and English
