Etsimme osaavaa ja motivoitunutta Sales Development Representativea, joka haluaa olla mukana rakentamassa uusia asiakkuuksia ja vaikuttamassa yrityksemme kasvuun. Tässä tehtävässä saat tilaisuuden oppia modernin myynnin parhaita käytäntöjä, kehittää taitojasi ja jättää oman kädenjälkesi myyntitiimimme menestykseen.
Ketä me etsimme?
Etsimme henkilöä, jolla on intohimo myyntiin ja kykyä tunnistaa sekä luoda uusia myyntimahdollisuuksia. Toimit tärkeässä roolissa yrityksemme kasvutavoitteiden saavuttamisessa. Sinulla on vahva ymmärrys myyntiprosessista, taitoa käsitellä liidejä ja arvioida niiden laatua, rakentaa uusia asiakassuhteita ja luoda edellytykset myyntitiimin onnistumiselle.
Osaat kuunnella ja kommunikoida luontevasti sekä analysoida asiakkaiden tarpeita ja tuoda luovasti esiin ratkaisuja, jotka vakuuttavat. Olet kunnianhimoinen, oma-aloitteinen ja suhtaudut haasteisiin positiivisella asenteella.
Sinun roolisi:
- Toimia tiiviissä yhteistyössä myynti- ja markkinointitiimien kanssa
- Edustaa yrityksemme tuotteita ja palveluita hyödyntäen kattavaa tietämystä ratkaisujemme soveltuvuudesta asiakkaiden tarpeisiin
- Tuottaa laadukkaita liidejä myynnille kontaktoimalla ja edistämällä markkinoinnin tuottamia liidejä sekä löytämällä uusia myyntimahdollisuuksia aktiivisen prospektoinnin kautta
- Hallinnoida ja ylläpitää myyntiputkea sekä sitouttaa myyntitiimi seuraaviin vaiheisiin
- Raportoida tulokset viikko-, kuukausi- kuin neljännesvuositasolla
Mitä odotamme sinulta:
- Positiivinen ja energinen asenne sekä oma-aloitteisuus ovat tärkeimpiä ominaisuuksiasi.
- Intohimosi on ihmisten kontaktointi, ja uskallat tarttua luuriin.
- Hyödynnät LinkedIniä ja muita kanavia tehokkaasti prospektien löytämisessä ja kontaktoinnissa.
- Ymmärrät myynnin olevan kuuntelemisen ja asiakassuhteiden rakentamisen taidetta, ei vain puhumista.
- Sinulla on vahva suomen kielen taito niin suullisesti kuin kirjallisesti. Kommunikoit sujuvasti myös englanniksi.
- Omaat vähintään AMK-tasoisen kaupallisen koulutuksen sekä kaksi vuotta kokemusta myynnin tai markkinoinnin tehtävistä. Aikaisempi kokemus Sales Development Representativen tehtävistä ja näyttö liidikiintiöiden saavuttamisesta on plussaa.
- Sinulla on kokemusta ja osaamista Salesforce- tai muun CRM-ohjelmiston käytöstä, ja olet nopea oppimaan uusien työkalujen (mm. Outreach) käytön.
