In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective account management and sales enablement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute customized account plans to meet client needs and drive business results
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within client organizations
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and portfolio sales
  4. Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies
  5. Provide training and coaching to solution providers on how to maximize the effectiveness of our services
  6. Maintain accurate records and reports to measure performance and inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, account management, or customer success
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
