">In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective account management and sales enablement strategies.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and execute customized account plans to meet client needs and drive business results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within client organizations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and portfolio sales
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies
- Provide training and coaching to solution providers on how to maximize the effectiveness of our services
- Maintain accurate records and reports to measure performance and inform business decisions
Requirements
">- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, account management, or customer success
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
