Customer Service Manager

As a key player in managing customer relationships and driving collaboration between customers and internal teams, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions.
About the RoleThis position involves coordinating day-to-day customer relationships, working closely with warranty, service, and spare parts teams to ensure customer needs are consistently met.
You will oversee the successful execution of maintenance checks and spare parts deliveries, ensuring they align with agreed schedules and plans. Effective communication of technical changes to customers is crucial, requiring the ability to present complex information in a clear, customer-focused manner.
Prioritizing tasks efficiently while maintaining a broad perspective is essential for this role. Collaboration with warranty teams, service teams, customers, production, R&D, and suppliers is frequent and critical.

Key Responsibilities- Customer service (B2B).
- Communicate technical solutions to customers in a clear and solution-oriented way.
- Work closely with production, product development, and suppliers to ensure the supply chain.
- A relevant educational background (technical or commercial).
- Strong experience in a similar customer service role within an industrial or technical environment.
- Technical understanding and the ability to clearly explain technical solutions to customers.
- Fluency in English.
- Initiative and proactivity.
- A systematic approach to tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to communicate effectively.
